pirate cod ?

hi aim back but with new pc (my "old boy" has a burning motherboard ) and i have question when i download cod4 and use my serial code from orginal game this be working ?
i donnt have on that pc, and my cd from orfinal game is to skratchy to instal , so can i juts download and put in game my serial ?

ok i have pirate cod but ...
fisrst, which patch i need ? 1.6 or 1.7
second, when i instal this patch i can see the "orginal" servers ?
i think when i have a cod from download i cannot see our servers etc ?
too many questions hehe
i see onyl shitty servers -.-

You have to download the 1.6 patch.
If you still cant see our server add them manually in your favorites.
